How does it work?

We provide support by email first, then telephone and in person as and when required.
Most problems can be fixed remotely using secure access software. This allows us to virtually sit at the PC with you.
It's the next best thing to teleportation and just as quick.

For those issues that need in person help, onsite with you, we can quickly service the central belt and further afield with a little notice.

It's normal for the first months of contact to be very busy until things are settled in.
If we haven't had a reason to visit for a while we will make periodic visits to check things are OK.

Provide and manage Microsoft 365 subscriptions, hardware like PCs, servers, laptops and network equipment. We prefer Dell Computers with pro warranty service that brings Dell to your office for repairs but can work with any PC systems.

Implement good security practices and provide security awareness training. Maintain and secure wired and wirless networks, VPNs and routers with isolated guest networks. Supply and manage voice over internet phones or VOIP for greater flexibility and savings.
