If this seems overly complicated or expensive please bear with us and note the following..
We don't cutting support service costs to be the cheapest or hide any big markups on services.

There are some "per-device" costs that can't be avoided, e.g. backup for critical things like servers or cloud & anti-virus for all computers.
The aim is to strike a balance between a quality support service and market leading offerings for backup and security.

Support costs could be negotiable depending on needs and current situation and scale of operation.

We offer a loyalty scheme of 5% discount on each yearly renewal of working together to a maximum of 20%.
(This only applies to services we offer, not 3rd party cloud services like backup/M365).

We understand that commiting to a managed service may seem daunting or costly so we also provide adhoc assistance.
This may also be attractive to companies without feet on the ground in sites that are within our area.

Notes

Costs are estimates, presented in GBP (excluding VAT) and are invoiced monthly in arrears.
This does not factor price breaks for larger organisations.

Provision of services are subject to but not limited to the following,
Consultation and assessment of current service and infrastructure.
Signing of a contract to agree terms, scope of delivery and expected respsonse times.
Entering a direct debit agreement for payment of services or payment within 14 days of invoice being issued. (Interest will be charged otherwise at a compund rate of 5% per calendar month for late payment).

Initial contract will last 12 Months.
Contracts for 3rd party cloud services may not terminate on same date as service contract

Microsoft 365 products can be managed and supplied directly but are left out here as prices can change during course of subscription.
We supply those at cost on date of subscription going live so its best to use the Microsoft website as a guide.
