How it works

The service is compatible with desktop PCs, laptops and Windows Servers & Microsoft 365, One Drive, Outlook and Sharepoint and Teams.
(Google docs is coming soon)

On computers and servers a small software is installed and the rest is managed from an online portal.
Microsoft 365 backs up directly from one cloud to another. A 365 admistrator account is needed to make the connection only.

IT personnel access the backups through the online portal.
Using it to check backups are successful or recovering files and emails when needed.
If you are the IT person we would need to discuss how you would manage disaster recovery.

N.B.

Fibre internet is recommend or necessary for backing up from PC or server to cloud.
